Leave metal and plastic outside — water bottles, phones, jewelry — they heat up fast and can burn. And there's no prize for pushing through discomfort: step out any time you need a break.
The Cold Plunge, Naturally
At lake-side locations, cooling off between rounds is part of the ritual — alternating heat with a dip right in the water. This is specific to freshwater lake spots, not our saltwater locations.
A Space to Disconnect - What to Leave Outside
Phones stay outside, this time is meant to unplug. No smoking, vaping, or tobacco anywhere in the wellness area, and keep the energy calm and respectful of fellow guests during public sessions.
